Apple Stores Open at 8 a.m. on Nov. 1 for iPad Air launch
One of the most expected releases of the year, the iPad Air is already so much popular that clients cannot wait for the moment when they will be able to purchase their new device.
To meet client’s wish, Apple announced that their retail stores will open at 8 a.m. on November 1, to offer more customers the possibility to be among the first people to buy the latest release. The new lightweight iPad Air promises to be a spectacular device, so there is no wonder after all that there is no much interest focused around it.
The full-size tablet will be available at 8 a.m. in the first day of November on all retail locations of the company. The official announcement has been made by Apple on its website. This means that the company will open its shops one hour earlier than the regular opening time.
This decision and the official announcement that Apple recently made did not come as a huge surprise. Actually, it is common for Apple to open its stores for new releases at 8 a.m., or at least this is what the company has done for its most recent launches, including here the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c.
The latest smartphones were released by Apple back in September with quite a big success. Apple will start taking preorders at its online stores at 12.01 a.m., on the same day, Friday, November 1. So, if you plan on being one of the first people to get this new device, you should hurry.
As it shows, Apple continues with its newest policy, which no longer allows users to order the newest releases before the launch date. Previously, Apple took preorders which allowed users to get their new device at home, on the launch day.
If the iPad Air will soon be available for purchase, we cannot say the same thing about the iPad mini with Retina display, which Apple claimed that will be released by the end of November. The exact date has not been revealed yet, but the device is expected to be available in sale for the holiday shopping season.
