In a recent Facebook post, Cherry Mobile has officially announced the Flare P1, the most affordable smartphone in the country with dual rear camera setup.

Moving to the specs, the Cherry Mobile Flare P1 is equipped with a 5 inch HD IPS screen and basic 1.3 GHz quad core processor. It's paired with 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage, and 2,350 mAh of battery.
What made this phone interesting is it boasts a dual camera setup that's not commonly found on affordable phones. It has a 13 MP + 2 MP w/ AF and LED flash that can do shallow depth of field of bokeh.
