Moto Android Update, May 2017
In light of recent security breaches globally, it's understandable that updates are being pushed and released for different platforms, including Fedora 25 and Android.
An Android security update is available for the Moto G4 Plus and variations and later versions of the product. The file update size is small (60 MB) and the only aesthetic change is a minor declaration during the system update indicating Motorola: a Lenovo Company. The update patches possibly urgent issues with Android 7, but thankfully will not inconvene users who suffer from withdrawal symptoms when their smartphone is rebooting and undergoing updates.
Note: Although Lenovo, a Chinese multinational company, owns Motorola, you still need to run a VPN to access the Moto update server to install the update if you are located in China.
