Essential Launches PH-1, A Beast With 5.7 Inch Full Edge To Edge Display

Andy Rubin, the co-founder of Android has just launched his own smartphone brand, the Essential. The company's very first smartphone offering is the unique and possibly game-changing PH-1.

Meet Essential PH-1

The Essential PH-1 features a 5.7 inch 2560 x 1312 QHD 19:10 ratio edge-to-edge display in a small 5 inch like extra tough titanium enclosure and ceramic back. It's powered by Qualcomm's 64 bit Snapdragon 835 octa core processor clocked at 2.45 GHz, 4 GB RAM,128 GB UFS 2.1 storage, and 3,040 mAh of fast charging battery.

Essential Phone Dock

On the cameras, it has a 13 MP RGB + 13 MP monochrome f/1.85 w/ Hybrid AF and LED flash with up to 200% more light than traditional cameras. In front, it highlights an 8 MP w/ 4K video recording.

Essential PH-1 also boasts that it has the fastest fingerprint scanner on a smartphone today. There’s also the Essential Phone Dock featuring a magnetic connector and can charge the phone.
