Presently, there are only three Techno smartphones with fingerprint and five (5) with Iris scanner, meanwhile other smartphone manufacturers like Infinix and Gionee have started including this features on their smartphone.

The first Tecno phone to feature the fingerprint scanning Technology was the Tecno Phantom 5 which was launched on September 2015, the second was the Phantom 6 Plus launched on September 2016 and lastly the Tecno W5 which became available on November 2016.
