Telegram Quit Support For Older Versions of Android OS

Just as whatsapp express their intention to quit the support for some devices, telegram has also made their intention to do same thing to their users. Telegram dropped their intention early this year to end the support for Andriod devices running Andriod 2.2, Andriod 2.3, Andriod 3.0 as well as Andriod 4.0 Ice Cream.

Meanwhile, according to Telegram Andriod operating on Sandwich is the minimum operating system version required to run Telegram's latest version.

Telegram decided to do this in order for their user to enjoy the new features added to the app which might not available for the older version of Andriod just like that of Whatsapp.

However, if you found yourself in this category, I mean if you’re still operating older version of Andriod, you can still access your Telegram account via the web from your mobile browser or PC web browser.
